Compensation: $77,000 – $90,000

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current or pending North Carolina Physical Therapist license (new graduates welcome)

- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises to improve strength, mobility, balance, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR systems
- Stay current with advancements in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation best practices
- Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and professional integrity
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment
